As an estimate, at the 7th CPC factor of ×2.57 the entry basic pay of Level 14 would go from ₹1,44,200 to ₹3,70,600, and the top step from ₹2,18,200 to ₹5,60,800. Will DA be merged into basic pay, and what happens to DA at Level 14?
